At JacketStars (operated by Global Prime Collections LLC), we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. We partner with reliable global courier services including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure a smooth, traceable delivery experience.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We offer two standard shipping choices at checkout for all orders:

Order Cut-Off Time & Processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time (Monday – Saturday).

Orders received before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: We fulfill orders directly from our dedicated manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers to maintain strict quality control. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Upon placing your order, you will receive an instant order confirmation email with your invoice details. Once your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping notification email containing your tracking number and expected delivery date. You can also track your shipment live on our Track Your Order page.

Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Delivery Delays: If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate directly with the courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS) to trace your parcel or issue a prompt replacement.

Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipment, please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 to 48 hours of receipt so our support team can assist you right away.

Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@jacketstars.com

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
