We source high-grade skins and carefully inspect their natural grain, texture, and durability to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Our artisans hand-cut each jacket panel. Since leather has natural variations, every panel is carefully selected to maintain a consistent texture across the front, back, and sleeves.

Using reinforced nylon thread and industrial-grade machinery, our tailors stitch the panels together. We use premium hardware, including YKK zippers and heavy-duty snaps, designed to withstand years of use.

Before being sent to our fulfillment center, every jacket undergoes a complete quality inspection. We check zipper movement, seam strength, lining comfort, and surface finish. Only pieces that pass our inspection are carefully packed and shipped to you.
